What you'll do

• Represent employers in employment and civil litigation
• handle wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters
• advise clients on employment law
• conduct workplace investigations
• draft and review policies, handbooks, agreements, and severance documents
• develop case strategy, manage discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
