What you'll do

• Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments
• perform periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
• take diagnostic radiographs
• educate patients on oral health and prevention
• document treatment and recommendations
• record the doctor’s findings
• apply sealants and approved topical agents
• prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• maintain restorations and appliances
• coordinate follow-up and hygiene recall.
