What you'll do

• Lead development, alignment, and tracking of strategic focus areas
• plan executive forums, shape agendas and content, and track leadership-meeting and offsite actions
• prepare monthly and quarterly executive reporting
• manage the VIP Visitor Program
• lead cross-functional process-optimization and operational-scalability initiatives
• develop workflows, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and visibility tools
• facilitate training, change management, and program rollouts.
