What you'll do

• Develop work schedules
• train, coach, evaluate, reward, and discipline employees as needed

• ensure safe food receiving, storage, preparation, and service
• maintain cleaning schedules and equipment
• participate in Resident Care Plan and QAPI meetings and Resident Food Council meetings
• support Registered Dietitian duties as needed
• use Excel and Word and manage food purchasing and inventory.
