What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail spaces, common areas, grounds, parking, loading areas, and perimeters
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• report suspicious activity and policy violations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and medical situations
• prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
