What you'll do

• Underwrite consumer loans within assigned authority and review subordinate underwriting decisions
• originate and close real estate loans
• hire, schedule, train, coach, and monitor branch personnel
• maintain communication with the main office and submit reports
• develop community and school business-partner relationships
• monitor compliance with credit union policies
• coordinate weekly staff meetings
• evaluate branch efficiency and recommend improvements
• promote sales and coach employees on cross-selling.
