What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• maintain knowledge of products, policies, and services
• convert inquiries into in-home sales appointments
• schedule sales, installation, and service appointments
• investigate and resolve customer issues with timely follow-up
• update customer accounts and interaction records in the CRM
• prepare call reports
• maintain a professional workspace
• assist with team training and orientation as assigned.
