What you'll do

• Create weekly schedules and oversee afterschool and summer school activities
• manage and support 20–30 staff
• ensure participant and staff safety
• maintain timecards and payroll reports
• oversee enrollment and student records
• collect and manage program data
• coordinate with special education, behavior, academic alignment, and social-emotional learning teams
• develop relationships with families and community partners
• coordinate grant funding and reporting.
