What you'll do

• Participate in pre-construction planning, estimating, and client meetings
• review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• organize project records
• align scope, budget, and schedule
• direct project assistants and site personnel
• maintain lookahead and master schedules
• monitor budgets and report progress
• oversee contracts, change orders, submittals, and procurement
• coordinate with clients, engineers, authorities, and subcontractors
• lead site safety and regulatory compliance
• coordinate payments, billings, and closeout.
