The Home Visiting Supervisor works onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico; compensation is $52,000–$57,000 per year. What you'll do

• Provide reflective supervision to Home Visiting Specialists at least twice monthly and field supervision at the stated annual frequency
• train and support staff in the Parents as Teachers model
• ensure compliance with policies, procedures, accreditation, licensing, and ECECD requirements
• assist with child eligibility and placement
• serve as a liaison to community partners and referral sources
• coordinate outreach and referral activities
• and ensure accurate documentation.

Why this role
