Collection Representative (Accounts Receivable)

The Collection Representative (Accounts Receivable) role is fully remote for residents of Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina. Compensation is $20 per hour during virtual training, then $17 per hour plus performance-based bonus or commission after training. The role supports RevCycle’s collection team in helping consumers resolve past-due medical balances. The representative handles inbound and outbound calls, negotiates payment arrangements, documents account activity, and meets quality, compliance, and collection performance measures. The work requires professional, empathetic communication and adherence to applicable collection laws and standards.

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound consumer calls

• meet quality, compliance, and collection metrics
• document account notes in real time
• use collection systems and scripts
• follow FDCPA and other legal requirements
• protect sensitive personal and health information.
