What you'll do

• Complete onsite visits Monday through Friday during regular business hours
• monitor residents’ nutritional needs with clinical teams
• provide nutrition education and contribute to MDS work and nutrition assessments
• guide dining services, meal rounds, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance
• train and guide dining managers and staff
• assist with policy development
• monitor implementation of nutritional care systems.
