Clinical Group Facilitator

The Clinical Group Facilitator role is onsite at Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin in Keene, NH. Compensation is not specified. Avenues provides detox, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient addiction treatment services. The facilitator conducts therapy and psychoeducation groups and helps clients build coping skills and recovery tools. The role supports individualized treatment by coordinating with clinical staff, documenting sessions, completing assessments and charting, and escalating significant concerns to the Clinical Director.

Why this role

A valid state clinical license is required. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field and at least one year of treatment-industry experience are preferred. Applicants in recovery must have at least one year of sustained sobriety.
