What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections
• evaluate AI-generated performance analyses and improvement plans
• assess AI tools for workflow automation, revenue leakage, and reimbursement optimization
• define and monitor revenue-cycle KPIs
• develop improvement strategies aligned with financial goals
• collaborate with clinical, finance, compliance, and IT leaders
• annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback for AI training datasets.
