Warehouse Supervisor

Job overview

The Warehouse Supervisor role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. Pay is $70,000–$85,000 per year. Upstate Niagara Cooperative is a dairy cooperative owned by more than 200 local family farms and delivers dairy products to families. The supervisor directs warehouse and load-out activities to support shipping, production, quality, safety, and cost goals. The role leads employees, coordinates schedules and inventory, and works with production and purchasing to maintain efficient operations and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Direct trailer load-out, production, maintenance, and quality-control activities within company policies
• coordinate daily load-out and shipping schedules
• lead, train, and evaluate employees
• maintain selection accuracy and product rotation
• manage employee records and safety programs
• investigate accidents as needed
• coordinate inventory control and supplies with production and purchasing
• maintain procedures and lead continuous improvement.
