What you'll do
- Lead execution of the church’s guest experience
- recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers serving as greeters, ushers, parking, hospitality, New Here Team, Connection Center, weekday building hosts, and special events
- prepare the sanctuary and atrium for weekend services
- create and manage the ministry budget
- maintain alignment with the church’s mission, vision, and strategies.
