The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is part-time and onsite in Montgomery, TX, with sessions in home, school, or community settings. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour. Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The RBT runs therapy programs under BCBA supervision, supporting children’s communication, social, and daily living skills while recording session data and following behavior intervention plans. The role works closely with BCBAs and families to support each child’s progress.
