What you'll do

• Supervise and engage campers
• participate in and lead games, crafts, sports, and group challenges
• maintain camper-to-staff ratios and awareness of camper needs
• encourage teamwork and positive behavior
• help resolve conflicts
• maintain camp spaces and supplies
• communicate with counselors and camp leadership
• follow safety procedures and assist with incidents or emergencies.
