The Nursing Scheduler Coordinator / Central Supply Clerk role is onsite in Hyannis, MA, paying $25–$27 per hour. The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing services. The combined role coordinates nursing schedules for more than 70 employees and manages medical supply inventory. What you'll do

• Prepare and distribute daily staffing schedules
• maintain staffing records and employee contact lists
• calculate unit PPD and coordinate staffing against budgeted levels
• work with Payroll and the Director of Nursing on overtime, absences, agency use, and leave
• maintain nursing and medical supply inventory and par levels
• verify orders, reconcile paperwork, distribute supplies, and keep the supply room organized.
