What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, enhance, and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion Talent, Performance, and Recruiting modules
• lead implementation activities for a new Talent Experience Platform and support ongoing ownership
• gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• support regression and user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness
• troubleshoot tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting
• support Oracle releases and upgrades
• maintain process documentation and create training materials
• analyze processes and recommend improvements
• contribute to Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives.
