The Manufacturing Associate – Reman Pallet Builder role is onsite in Richmond, IL, with production-based pay of $19–$25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:15 a.m. The role supports 48forty’s pallet remanufacturing work and sustainability goals. The associate builds and repairs wooden pallets using recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, or lumber. The work restores pallets to service-ready condition and supports quality, safe handling, and production targets.

What you'll do

• Use appropriate tools and methods to repair damaged pallets
• build and repair pallets after training
• inspect repaired products for quality
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• stack pallets and materials according to inventory instructions
• secure loads
• work toward production quotas safely and with limited supervision.
