Resident Medication Assistant (NOC Shift)

The Resident Medication Assistant (NOC Shift) works onsite in Placerville, CA. Compensation is $21.65–$27.32 per hour. Eskaton is a nonprofit aging-services organization with communities serving older adults and the people who care for them. Under the direction and supervision of designated care leaders, the assistant supports residents with self-administration of medications and provides personal and companion care. The role helps residents maintain safety, independence, and well-being while following care plans, community procedures, and residential care regulations.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications after required training
• provide companion care and personal care
• assist with bathing, dressing, meals, appointments, exercises, and mobility as directed by care plans
• apply ordered medical or adaptive devices
• collect specimens as directed
• complete weights and vital signs
• assist with activities and laundry
• follow emergency protocols, safety guidelines, and HIPAA requirements.
