Member Service Specialist

What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• direct members to self-service options
• open and close accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, IRA, and HSA accounts
• interview members and process preliminary consumer loan documentation
• refer members to lending and other business partners
• complete transactions and balance cash
• explain products and services
• make assigned outbound calls
• evaluate and verify loan applications and coordinate loan closings.
