What you'll do

• Lead student experience and cocurricular programming
• collaborate on career programming
• address complex student concerns
• maintain program procedures
• assess student feedback and program trends
• oversee onboarding and orientation
• assist with operating budgets and forecasting
• represent programs externally
• support partnerships and marketing
• collaborate across Tepper and CMU
• and supervise and develop staff. Occasional evening and weekend work is required, including support for three on-campus weekend experiences for part-time students each year.
