Account Manager, Sales and Recruiting

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with client leads and identify opportunities to expand services
• grow existing accounts and pursue new business through service
• coordinate job orders, candidate submissions, assignments, and field employee performance
• maintain client profiles and communicate program changes
• conduct account reviews
• provide guidance and monitor field staff at client programs
• source and recruit candidates when needed
• enter client, candidate, and employee information into databases
• prepare client reports
• support contracts, purchase orders, and statements of work
• attend job fairs and marketing events
• assist with business reviews and special projects.
