Mammography Technologist — Per Diem

The Mammography Technologist — Per Diem role is onsite in Redmond, WA. Compensation is $50.17–$76.84 per hour. The position supports Swedish Redmond’s outpatient imaging services and Providence Swedish’s patient-focused care mission. The technologist performs radiological procedures for diagnosing and treating breast disease, produces high-quality images, and interacts with patients in a caring and comforting manner. The role also shares responsibility for quality control required by the Mammography Quality Standards Act and FDA; general radiography may be required depending on location. Required credentials include Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure, BLS, ARRT radiography certification, and mammography certification within one year of hire.

What you'll do

• Perform radiological technical procedures specific to diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Produce high-quality radiographic images, provide caring and comforting patient interactions, and jointly perform required MQSA and FDA quality-control activities.
• General radiography exams may be required depending on location.
