What you'll do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, hydronic, combustion, and control issues
• perform preventive maintenance, startups, testing, and safety inspections
• explain findings and options and obtain customer approval
• document service work
• coordinate parts and scheduling needs
• maintain assigned vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory
• participate in ongoing training.
