The Cleaner/Finisher — Robot Weld role is onsite in Statesville, NC, with hourly pay of $20–$28. The role prepares A-side surfaces using air-driven grinders and hand tools, handles carriers through the finishing process, and identifies parts needing rework. Accurate production records, communication, and a safe, organized work area help maintain quality and production flow.

What you'll do

• Unload designated carrier racks to the finishing table
• follow standard operating procedures
• use air-driven grinders and other hand tools for surface preparation
• load completed carriers onto the conveyor
• record production using the Finisher cycle button
• identify and contain reworkable, repairable, or damaged parts in the Non-Conformance area
• complete paperwork
• communicate with other departments
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• follow company policies and safety standards.
