What you'll do

• Greet guests
• explain services, policies, and visit expectations
• answer phones and manage reservations
• educate guests about Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions
• work toward individual sales and rebooking goals
• support opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks
• process transactions and maintain guest profiles in the point-of-sale system.
