What you'll do

• Complete resident service requests and maintenance work orders
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, and general home-maintenance issues
• perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
• follow company standards, safety requirements, and building codes
• communicate with residents and team members
• report hazards and property concerns
• participate in on-call, evening, and weekend rotations
• travel daily within the local market using a company-provided vehicle.
