Financed Contracts Billing and Collections Specialist

The Financed Contracts Billing and Collections Specialist role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 per year. AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, including cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. The specialist manages the operational flow for customer-financed receivables, from approved documentation through billing, payment follow-up, reconciliation, and cash application. The role works with Finance and Accounting, the Financial Solutions Group, Financial Solutions Leads, and leasing partners to keep transactions accurate, traceable, and resolved.

What you'll do

• Review financing documents
• maintain contract and payment records
• prepare and submit invoices to leasing partners
• track invoice acceptance, funding milestones, and payments
• forecast expected payments
• monitor aging balances
• follow up on overdue items and disputes
• coordinate cash application
• reconcile invoices, payments, and remittances
• research discrepancies
• prepare reporting and support close, audits, and process improvements.
