What you'll do

• Plan and lead daily, weekly, and monthly life-enrichment experiences
• design inclusive programs supporting resident well-being
• incorporate music, movement, art, games, outings, celebrations, and purpose-driven activities
• learn residents’ life stories and preferences
• adapt programming to feedback and changing needs
• encourage resident leadership and participation
• partner with the care team on dementia programming and structured routines
• maintain calendars and documentation, track participation, manage supplies and budgets, and meet licensing requirements.
