Technology Systems Specialist

The Technology Systems Specialist role is onsite in Marshall, MN, with compensation of $20.44–$31.34 per hour. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position supports the United Community Action Partnership Transportation Department and its technology systems. The specialist maintains and improves technology used by local and remote users, troubleshoots technical issues, and helps staff use systems effectively. The role supports transportation operations by keeping equipment and systems functional, tracking technology assets, and coordinating technology needs with staff and management.

What you'll do

• Support technology projects from research and planning through deployment
• maintain, repair, and upgrade computers, software, hardware, and operating systems
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and VoIP issues
• provide technology training
• purchase, inventory, and track equipment
• document support and repair history
• perform system checks and updates.
