What you'll do

• Assist with individual and systemic litigation development
• identify litigation opportunities
• provide legal advice and direct representation in court and administrative proceedings
• assist beneficiaries with work incentives, employment rights, reasonable accommodations, transportation, housing assistance, and vocational rehabilitation services
• maintain an active PABSS caseload
• stay current on law
• supervise non-attorney advocates as needed
• travel as required.
