Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Receive incoming calls, create and dispatch work orders, coordinate services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians, obtain vendor cost estimates, follow up with clients and projects, maintain customer relationships by phone and email, assist billing as needed, and manage each job through service completion.
