The Therapist / Group Facilitator role is onsite at the Pawtucket, RI location. Compensation is not specified. Two full-time positions are listed, with schedules Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The role supports Zinnia Health’s behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. The therapist provides individual counseling and facilitates therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, assesses client needs, and develops and monitors treatment interventions. The role contributes to coordinated, patient-centered care through clinical documentation, treatment-team collaboration, and continuity planning.

What you'll do

• Conduct individual therapy
• facilitate process and psychoeducational groups
• prepare group curricula
• assess client strengths, needs, and concerns
• develop treatment interventions and plans
• complete assessments, progress notes, and discharge documentation
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• participate in treatment-team meetings
• coordinate with families and outside providers
• support discharge planning and continuity of care.
