The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager — Cape Cod Mall role is onsite in Hyannis, MA, with pay of $18–$19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations and attractions to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations, team preparation, sales, and guest service. The role helps the team deliver memorable Santa visits and photo experiences while maintaining daily operating procedures.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
