What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of high-priority events from planning through execution
• coordinate agendas, attendee experience, logistics, production, and delivery
• oversee run-of-show, stage management, audiovisual and technical production, and onsite execution
• manage agencies, vendors, budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and procurement
• partner with Creative Services on event design and attendee touchpoints
• improve event playbooks and standards
• evaluate events and recommend improvements.
