Behavioral Health Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Support interdepartmental collaboration, communication, meetings, planning, and workgroups
• coordinate external communications, meetings, and site visits
• manage the department inbox and route or escalate requests
• prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and status reports
• compile grant reports, progress summaries, and evaluation materials
• monitor referral, incident reporting, and grievance protocols
• assist with investment implementation
• maintain partner information, project records, meeting notes, and action logs
• track commitments and escalate overdue items.
