Resident Assistant

Resident Assistant is an onsite, part-time role at Lighthouse Residence in Schenectady, NY, scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 4 p.m. to midnight. Pay is $16.50 per hour. The role contributes to residential program operations through routine rounds, documentation, resident engagement, and upkeep of the residence and grounds.

What you'll do

• Conduct routine rounds and update communication logs
• maintain daily communication, medication, and incident records
• assist residents with recreational activities, hygiene supplies, personal-item security, and garden care
• complete assigned housekeeping and grounds upkeep
• engage with veterans in the transitional housing program.
