What you'll do

• Schedule appointments for SSM Health Dermatology locations
• interview patients or families to collect registration information and screen uninsured patients
• update insurance information
• send clinical messages through Epic
• clarify appointment details
• correct registration errors and maintain an Epic in-basket
• support check-in and check-out, cash management, charge posting, and reconciliation
• assist with registration questions and accessibility needs
• report patient incidents or near-misses
• drive to satellite clinics as assigned.
