What you'll do

• Assess resident care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes
• participate in hiring and counseling as permitted
• lead team conferences and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and tests, and document care
• maintain safe equipment and economical supply use
• coordinate care with other departments
• report observations and reactions
• institute emergency measures when needed.
