What you'll do

• Provide patient assessment and collect health data.
• Coordinate patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Individualize patient and family teaching.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards.
