Building Management Systems Controls Service Technician

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests
• replace or modify equipment and systems as needed
• diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, design constraints, control devices, and software deficiencies
• upgrade control-system software and graphics
• maintain safety and asset accountability
• complete required documentation
• travel to service-area job sites and communicate schedule delays.
