The Registration Clerk role is onsite in Sharon Springs, KS. Pay is $15 per hour. The clerk supports Wallace County Family Practice, part of Greeley County Health Services, whose vision is to provide trusted care close to home. The clerk welcomes patients and families, registers them for appointments, maintains accurate schedules and records, and coordinates information needed for patient accounts and efficient clinic flow. The role also supports communication among patients, providers, medical assistants, insurers, and referral entities.

What you'll do

• Maintain clinic schedules and make directed changes
• register patients by visit type
• greet and direct visitors
• provide phone coverage and appropriate patient education
• obtain consents and documents
• collect copayments and other payments
• update registration records
• coordinate health-information exchange
• screen patients for eligible services
• assist with questions and scheduling.
