What you'll do

• Assist Spanish- or French-speaking customers by phone, email, and instant message
• explain health, welfare, and pension plan terms and processes
• review plan documents and knowledgebase tools
• identify member requests and anticipate needs
• follow company and client procedures
• safeguard confidential information under HIPAA, data privacy laws, and company security requirements
• document complete and accurate call and case notes in English
• participate in team meetings and training.
