The Cook PRN position is onsite in Montrose, CO, with compensation of $19.69–$23.01 per hour. The Homestead at Montrose is an independent and assisted living community focused on serving residents and supporting their individual needs. The cook prepares and serves meals and snacks in accordance with dietary procedures and applicable regulations. The work supports residents’ nutritional needs through scheduled meal preparation, portion control, and safe food service.

What you'll do

• Prepare, season, cook, and serve assigned meals
• prepare nutritional snacks as assigned
• follow recipes, diet orders, and portion standards
• complete food preparation, serving, and cleaning duties
• follow assignments from the Director of Dietary and management team.
