What you'll do

• Prepare Board and committee materials and maintain governance records and calendars
• support global legal entity management and corporate documentation
• assist with SEC filings, disclosure timelines, insider trading compliance, and proxy-season activities
• maintain legal matter files, trackers, calendars, and project plans
• coordinate with counsel, vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• prepare routine legal drafts and support document management, billing, and process improvements
• handle confidential and privileged information discreetly.
