Material Handler — 2nd Shift

The Material Handler role is onsite in Cheshire, Connecticut, on the second shift, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Compensation is not specified. The role supports production operations at Hanwha Aerospace USA, a supplier of flight-critical aerospace and defense components and assemblies. The handler keeps production materials moving to the appropriate work centers by receiving, recording, storing, and delivering inventory accurately and in line with work instructions and production schedules.

What you'll do

• Verify incoming raw materials and enter inventory into the ERP system
• label and store receipts
• deliver and launch materials to production
• move inventory and work in process between areas
• pull and put away orders
• protect inventory
• complete paperwork and electronic records
• report inventory inconsistencies
• operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
