Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) — Evenings and Weekends

What you'll do

• Provide direct care and daily-living support
• assist with hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living
• support community integration and recreational outings
• administer medications and document care according to care plans
• implement individualized support plans and behavioral strategies
• communicate client progress to supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
• maintain a safe, clean living environment.
